 Zinc Plated quick change plate that   bolts onto your equipment to enable casters to be easily and quickly installed or replaced (changed) without using tools.  Bolts are NOT included.    Will ONLY fit Model 9 Casters with 2" wide wheels shown on THIS PAGE ( click )   BUT WILL NOT FIT if you order the TL ( Total Lock ) Brake Option!  Will NOT WORK and therefore is NOT available with Pneumatic or Foam Filled Pneumatic casters.
